Celestial Basin is inhabited by three factions of NPC's, the Scavengers, Croxars and Aomak. This area is known for farming 
Celestial Peaches for various upgrade items, Mystic Badges, Sacred Longgui Soul Shields, etc. from the Celestial Peach Exchanger Lee Youjin.
Dungeons accessible here are Naryu Sanctum and Irontech Forge. The Scion's Keep raid is also found here.

Celestial Basin is at the southern-most area of the Gunwon City zone and is directly accessible by Windstride.

Quests[ | ]
There is a Daily Quest Brawl in the Basin which rewards a Gunwon City Contribution Award for killing an NPC faction boss (not the dynamic event spawn).
Repeatable quests for Peaches are dynamically assigned in groups of five and show in place of the normal quest list. A new set of quests is assigned once three quests have been completed or a 10
reset has been purchased. The quest requirements and rewards will increase with completion, including the potential for 2x or 3x reward multipliers.
Occasionally a dynamic event corresponding to one of the local NPC factions will begin, spawning a boss and three additional Peach quests for ten minutes. These will not affect the 'standard' set of five dynamic quests, and will disappear once the timer ends. As the bosses only spawn once at the start, it is advised to camp the spawn location before the event begins, switching channels if needed to maximise Celestial Basin Pouch drops. Celestial Basin Treasure Keys can only be used to enter the treasure room during a dynamic event (by activating the switch East of the Windstride point).
