Dialogue[edit | edit source]

1. Talk to Dajinsul

"I sense a great strength in you, warrior. Would you aid us in our battle?"
What do you need?
"As you may already know, this area has succumbed to the corruption. The Earthseers have been studying this problem for months now. The local vegetation, especially the trees, seem to fall to the corruption first. I'd like you to bring me a sample of sap from young trees so we may look for any irregularities. While the task may seem trivial, you must not underestimate the threat this corruption poses. If we do nothing, the entire continent may soon become as blighted as these woods. Bring me that sap."

2. Gather Sap and bring it to Dajinsul

"We will begin studying it immediately. Our only hope is to find a way to halt the corruption's encroachment. (I pray we can find a cure in time.) Please, would you deliver some of the sap to my pupil, Orpun? He should be nearby. This will be a good opportunity to see if he has the aptitude for the Earthseers."

3. Talk to Orpun

"Hello, warrior! It's been a long time since Stillbrook Monastery, eh? As you can see, the Dragon Coil venture didn't work out."
Here is some corrupted sap.
"Oh, did Dajinsul send it? He is such a kind teacher, probably the kindest I've ever had. Thank you for bringing me this. I will find a cure for this corruption, no problem. You can count on Orpun!"
