Skill Requirements
While Familiar is Knockdown
Hammer Spin is the escape skill for the Summoner's cat from being knocked down.
When used, the cat will spin its giant hammer around a few times, similar to Roundabout.
Hammer Spin is triggered with when the cat is under the effect of knockdown or grab, allowing the cat to quickly recover while dealing minor damage to its surrounding.

Trait Tree[ | ]
By putting one point, Hammer Spin no longer a Knockdown escape skill. Instead, it becomes a Grab escape skill, and also cause a Knockback of 10 meters to the Grabber and anything it hits.
Tips[ | ]
- Hammer Spin is used to quickly wake up your cat from being knocked down, because a CCed cat cannot do anything, and also prevent the Summoner to call it back with Beckon and use True Friend.
- Hammer Spin in its anit-grab version will prematurely end a grab attack from grabbers like Destroyer and send him away, but comes with longer cooldown
- Hammer Spin currently cannot break out of Phantom Grip from Blade Dancer and Force Master, who often abuses their grab in order to sleep the cat.
