Gathering Storm
"Only a fool tries to outrun a storm."
You can change and learn the following skill effects.

Gathering Storm is a Wind KFM talent. It increases the radius of 
Wind Gyre by 3m, pulling enemies in range. Pulled enemies are stunned for 2 sec., giving +30% AP for 5 sec. if multiple targets are pulled. In practice, the reliance on multiple enemies to trigger the buff sees Gathering Storm often overlooked for the longer 
Wind Shear duration provided by Shifting Winds.

Wind Gyre
[25] damage for 10 sec. On enemy within range
Recovers 2 Focus for each enemy hit
Pulls enemies within an 8m radius and Stuns them for 2 sec.
Attack Power +30% for 5 sec. after successfully pulling at least 2 targets
Triggers Wind Shear effect for 3 sec.
